I been lookin' at santorum lately... But last night when he dressed down and trounced Mitt Gingrich and Newt Romney over their little immature playground-esque back and forth with literally ZERO to say how they would really govern was GREAT!!!
I am leanin' towards giving Santorum my vote in the primary on tuesday.
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
Yep. I was a HUGE Gringrich fan until I learned he is a Big Government Progressive. I still admire his knowledge and debate skills and he may be the best to debate Obama, however, he is not (i believe) the best man for the Office of the President.
As Paul's candidacy slips away, I hope his supporters will get behind Santorum.

I was never a fan of Gringrich (criminal type), but I agree with the rest of your statement. Romney is just a fumbling idiot with the maturity level of a child. Santorum is inexperienced, but with a good VP and strong staff, he would probably be OK.
Paul has the knowledge, experience, honest will to help the county, but he just doesn't present himself as the strong leader type. Unfortunately, a large part of the public base their vote on popularity and appearance.
However, I gave Paul the benefit of the doubt, and dropped my ballot in the mail this morning.
I don't watch the debates because of questions like: What kind of first lady would your wife make? and Your ex wife said you wanted an open marriage. If they (moderators) would ask questions about the economy and what the candidates would do about it, I would watch. Also there are 4 candidates not just 2. I don't know who I like right now. But I know that I will be voting against the one I DON'T want to be President.
What a bunch of milk toast panty waists. There isn't a one of them that is a true conservative or has a clue. Mitta and Roney are pandering to the liberal establishment, Paul is a certified loon. Seriously, is he going to pull the trigger on China when it comes down to it. I think he will just tell them no problem, invade South Korea, we never belonged there anyway. And Santorum, he is no real conservative. He voted to increase the minimum wage, against gun rights.... When is the republican party going to find a true conservative to lead it!

I sure didn't know that! Come to think of though, I haven't heard any questions posed about that subject. It's almost like they are just avoiding the issue all together.

"Santorum, a former U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania, currently holds a "B-" rating from Gun Owners of America. That indicates he was with us for much—but not all—of the time he was in office.
"It is troubling, therefore, that Santorum still hasn't returned the GOA presidential survey.
"Mitt Romney also has not returned a survey, but we know why. He's already come out in support of massive gun control initiatives such as a semi-auto ban and waiting periods for gun purchases. Romney is the real RINO in this race (Republican In Name Only) — as evidenced by the fact that anti-gun Senator John McCain just endorsed him"
