    Flounder Flounder jubilee

    For the 3rd time this year the flounder are Jubileeing in the east end of Choctawhatchee Bay,,,, gigs and jigs are flyin' off the shelves as fast as Copeland's can stock them

    It's been happening from the mouth of Jolly Bay/Black Creek all along the bridge causeways & on the northside around to the mouth of LaGrange Bayou
    1/8th oz jighead with a white baby fluke grub or the old standard,,,
    a 5pt gig on a long bamboo gig pole

    Chris it happens everywhere...even in ponds....it is the lack of oxygen that causes this....mobile bay is the most notorious place for this to happen, but it happens in North Carolina and other states as well.......a few years back we cleaned nearly 500 catfish from our pond due to the same reason......
