Gotcha in my phone Pat- thanks so much! We're going to see how far we get tomorrow and I'll call you and Tom. Don't worry about the lifting Pat. A morale section is just as important!! I sure do appreciate the offers- you guys are awesome!!!
Thank goodness this is the last time we are ever going to move! We are probably close to half way done and could use an able body or two tomorrow. Dave rented a truck, Patoz will be here tomorrow with some extra equipment, and if there is anyone who has a little more endurance in their back than we do (lol) we can sure use the help. We'll be at the Daphne house starting about 8am. The address there is 120 Greenwood Drive, and you can call me at 850-341-3474. If you try me tonight, and I don't answer, it is because I get very bad cell signal at the new house. Please leave me a voicemail and I can get back in touch with you when I have signal. Thanks so much for any help!!The mantra is- it's almost done, it's almost done...... Lol
On the way home from you place this eveniong, I was thinking about all the grass. I think I would dig a pond if I owned that much grass to cut.
IN the ealy 80's I was into heavy equipment. I watched this one guy buy 5 acrea wooded plotts. He cut the trees and sold them. With that money he leased a excavater and dug a pond, selling the dirt. He also installed culvert, driveway, well, septic, and home pad.
Then he would sell it for much more. The pond is what increased the value.
Now this concept is amazing. You buy a piece of land, removed the dirt would was just bought, thus rendering less surface area, with a big hole in the ground.
Then this hole, collects the rain water which God gives you for free, and the value goes up.
Something to think about.
Then you could also have a catfish pond. Shoot Deer, Doves, and skunks for dinner, then catch fish for breakfast.
The truck is gassed up and ready to go, so I'll see you in the morning. I'm not sure exactly what time yet, because I have a couple of small things to take are of, but I'll be there asap.

SHHHH don't tell any one. It just takes me a little longer. He is right Dave, A pond is well worth the investment and the state will help.
Tom thanks so much for yesterday, that helped a LOT! Believe me, if we could dig about an acre pond I think we would.... The boxing continues today, see you soon Pat, thanks!!!!!
