Lance Armstrong Cleared of Doping Charges

Cleared may not be the appropriate word. The feds gave up is the better scenario. Federal prosecutors have spent the last two years investigating whether or not Armstrong and his team mates participated in a doping program. My first thought is how in the world could it take a team of prosecutors to investigate this allegation. My second thought is I wonder how much this cost the American taxpayers.

The French pissed and moaned about the same thing, tried to prove Lance used performance enhancing drugs and came up with no evidence.

My research shows that there are several five time winners but Lance Armstrong hold the record for 7 consecutive victories and that record is likely to stand for a very very very long time. And to the feds: you have wasted enough time and money on this one.....find something else to squander our money on you bunch of
