Going to Biloxi With A Pocket Full of Cash

Tomorrow I will be heading to Biloxi with a pocket full of cash and there's a good chance I won't come home with it.

Hopefully if all checks out I'll be coming home with this instead:

    or maybe this:

    2000 Corvette

If get both of them. Play around with'em for a month or two, keep the one you like the most and sell the other!

Hope you do good enough to come home with both of them. Keep 'em both. One to drive while the other one is being serviced!

You know Mac I thought about that, I'd like to drive the standard around for a couple of weeks to see if I still like shifting.

Do it! Look at it this way...it's an investment.... When you sell the one you don't want, you could make a $K!

All sounds great but I've barely got enough for one, unless I hit the casino first and put it all on the roulette wheel.

If ya do that....here's your odds!
Roulette Odds and Probabilities of Hitting Each Bet
You can always find a banker for a small fair %age and payback in 60-90 days. Lot better odds there.

I ponied up the $40 for a carfax on the blue one, best $40 I've ever spent. The thing's had 7 previous owners and was involved in a front end collision with airbag deployment so I bailed on it. The red one has the inherent early C5 problem of a faulty EBCM, electronic brake control module, which affects the ABS and traction control. These modules are non existant new and cost over a grand for a used one.

Sounds like someone is happy they did their homework!!!

On the used part, many years ago i needed something like what you described. Finally found a used one and when he told me how much it was I said "dang, that's expensive". His remark: "yeah it is. Do you want it or not"?
